Mr. Philip Skinder is the Founder and President of Skinder Financial Services, a financial advisory firm specializing in private capital and investment management. The firm has assisted early stage companies raise over $100M in funding over the last 20 years. Mr. Skinder has been quoted in the Financial Post and is a noted expert in using registered funds and government incentive programs to finance start-ups. Over the last 20 years Skinder Financial has been instrumental in starting, managing and financing dozens of private companies, including two electric vehicle manufacturers and one auto finance company.

Harvey is a partner of a small consulting firm that focuses on startups and small to medium size businesses where growth/expansion is the next phase. His expertise is in management training, operational restructuring, and financial performance review. He brings 13 years of public accounting and business expertise and along with his love of the automotive industry to e-Motion.

Paul was a co-founder of First Access Funding Corp., one of Canada's largest non-bank auto finance companies from 2011 to 2019. Paul was instrumental in raising the capital to expand First Access's loan portfolio to +$50M and growing the company to work with over 950 auto dealerships throughout Western Canada and Ontario. First Access was nominated by Alberta Venture Magazine as one of Alberta's 50 Fastest Growing Companies for three consecutive years.

Paul worked as General Sales Manager of one of the largest volume Chrysler dealerships in Canada consistently exceeding Chryslers sales targets. Paul was the General Manager of one of Canadas largest RV dealerships, managing three locations, selling motorhomes, trailers, 5th wheels, boats and ATV's. Routinely surpassing sales objectives in all product lines.
